Look, it’s Christmas, let’s not pretend I’m going to be munching kale salads and drinking mineral water all summer 😉
We all want to have a treat at this time of year. But I do want to stay healthy. So what I will be doing is swapping out the shop-bought, sugar-laden, additive-ridden sweet treats for healthier options.
Most of the time, anyway (I might also consume some Lindt and a bit of pav).
I thought I’d add to the post I wrote this time last year, to give you some more healthy Christmas food inspo. Because you can never get enough food inspo, am I right?
So here’s my pick of 12 healthier festive ways to indulge this year. Click on the coloured links to take you straight to the yummy recipes.
