These delish little balls of gorgeousness were created by Heidi from The Raw Treat Canteen, and are a really nice change from bliss balls that are all-date-based.
I made a batch this morning and only had 4 dates so I threw in another handful of cranberries and a tiny splash of water to help bind it all. They’re super yummy. Thanks, Heidi.
1 cup cashews
1 cup almonds
1 cup coconut (desiccated or shredded)
1 cup cranberries
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
8 medjool dates
Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor or thermomix until they come together (be careful not to over-process as the textures are lovely).
Then roll in desiccated coconut, or leave nude and enjoy.
