I’m always asked for advice on everything from gym gear to healthy recipes. So it makes perfect sense to pop them all in one place on the blog.
I’ll keep adding to this list as I discover new brands and products, read new books, find new delicious recipes… so pop back every now and then to see what’s new in my world of favourite things.
Every single thing I’ve recommended here, I genuinely love. And I’ve given reasons why 😉
So whilst some of the links here are affiliate ones (which means if you buy something after clicking through, I will receive a small commission – at no extra cost to you – which helps me to cover the costs of running the blog), each and every one is a genuine favourite of mine.

The Iconic Sport
The Iconic, long loved for its huge range of fashion, awesome customer service and totally rocking delivery options, now has a dedicated Sport section.
So many brands, styles, literally there is something for everyone. Sneakers, running shoes, swimwear, tights… you name it.
My fave Iconic Sport brands?
Delivery is free when you spend just $50, and you’ll get it the next day. No fuss returns too. Epic.
OK, so for sneakers, ASOS is probably my number one go-to destinations.
Because they’re based in the UK, they always hold styles of adidas and Nike that aren’t even available in Australia (just go in and type ‘adidas superstar’ or ‘stan smith’ into the search box, and you’ll see what I mean). Same with Nike clothing.
And you can see the prices in Aussie dollars (usually cheaper than in Aussie stores). And they ship to Oz for free. Returns are ridiculously easy too, they have a returns service here in Australia.
All round winning.
Mastering Your Mean Girl
I have to admit, I was a bit sceptical of the whole ‘Mean Girl’ movement… until I heard Melissa Ambrosini speak at The Wellness Festival and started reading her book.
Giving those inner doubts and anxieties a name is not only marketing genius (there, I said it) but actually super useful. Because you can distance yourself and who you are from all the negative chat inside your head. It’s actually a brilliant idea.
