1 cup cashews
8-10 medjool dates
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon cacao
1 tablespoon matcha powder
5 drops of doTerra peppermint essential oil
Just chuck all the ingredients in the blender and blitz until you have a consistency you can roll into balls. Then you can dust with cacao or matcha powder, or just leave them nude.
