Chocolate and peppermint – the ultimate classic combo. These Nut Free Choc Peppermint Sticks are easy peasy to make, and the perfect healthy lunchbox treat. If there’s any left tomorrow 😉

1 cup fresh dates (8-10 medjool dates)
1/2 cup pepitas
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup shredded or desiccated coconut
1/4 cup cacao
5 drops of pure Peppermint essential oil (I used doTERRA)
Blitz together then flatten mixture into an airtight container & pop in fridge to set.
Once set, cut into thin (or thick) slices.
Eat. Enjoy. Repeat.
