And like many of the others, these little gems (which taste a bit like cookie dough) are by my crazy-talented friend Heidi of The Raw Treat Canteen.
You’ve probably already got most of the ingredients in your pantry already, so you can make these right now. And if you don’t have any almond butter to hand, well, how about trying it with peanut butter instead?
You could also sub-out the raisins for cacao nibs or dark choc chips, or even little pieces of dried apricots.
1 cup oats
1/c cup desiccated coconut
1/c cup almonds
1/2 cup raisins
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Blitz in your food processor, roll into balls, store in the fridge.
Too easy, too yum.
